 Reiki
Reiki healing energy is transmitted through the hands of a Certified Reiki Practitioner. They have been fully trained and attuned with the ability to draw forth vibrant streams of healing energy. This is passed on to the client in the frequency and amount that is needed by them at the time.
During a Reiki session, which lasts about an hour, the client lays down on a table or lounge. The client remains fully clothed, as Reiki energy passes through material even plaster casts. As the Reiki practitioner places her/her hands slightly above the client’s body, the energy flows through the practitioner and out his/her hands and into the client. The energy flows to the area of the body that needs it most. The practitioner may have their hands over the head and the client might feel the energy in his ankles if that is the area of greatest need. The practitioner is never drained of their energy during a session and never takes on the symptoms of their clients.
Specifically the seven major chakras or energy centers of the body are covered with the hand positions. These centers are aligned with specific endocrine glands, organs, and nerves which affect the body’s immune system. They are also related to specific mental, emotional and spiritual aspects as well. When charkas are cleared the life force energy flows unrestricted which creates balance, harmony and wholeness on all levels. Reiki goes beyond the symptoms of any illness and treats the root cause of the disease. This system works in conjunction with medical and non-medical treatment and therapy as well as on its own.
Although a Reiki treatment feels very relaxing and sometimes as if not much is happening, subtle and dynamic results occur. Gaining back an appetite: sleeping soundly for the first time in months: having a wound heal more quickly; avoiding further surgery and surgery altogether; have all been related by clients who have had Reiki sessions. The specific nature of a disease will determine the number and frequency of treatments needed.
Reiki treatments on a regular basis are extremely beneficial. On a weekly basis it helps one maintain a natural energy flow by moving out any potential energy blocks and revitalizing the chakras and energy fields. Reiki can be seen as a tool which enables one to function on all levels at their optimum potential.
Clients who have gone on to learn Reiki have expressed joy and freedom at possessing the tools to help themselves and others – truly uplifting and empowering their lives. As a parent myself I started using Reiki on my children when they were young, continued through their teen years, college years and now into their adult years. It gave me a sense of security knowing that I had a tool to assist them even when they were away from me.
Investment for a Private Session ~ $75 for the first hour and $1 for every minute after Traditional Usui Reiki Certification Classes Reiki Level I Certification requires one full day class, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and one two hour evening extended technique session. Class investment $175. ~Students receive attunement to 30% of the Reiki Ray.

Reiki Level II Certification – Practitioner Level requires one full day class, 10 am to 4:00 pm, followed by another class day from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. ~Students receive attunement to 70 % of the Reiki Ray.
~Reiki symbols and their meanings are introduced and practiced.
~Students learn and practice distance healing techniques.
Reiki Advanced Practitioner AP Level requires one day class, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Class investment $170. ~Students receive an attunement.
~Students learn another symbol and advanced symbol meaning.
~Students are taught more distance healing techniques.
~Students receive Reiki programming techniques.
Reiki Level III Certification with Full Mastership requires three class days from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Class investment $1,200. ~Students receive attunement to 100% of the Reiki Ray.
~New symbols are introduced.
~Students receive a teaching attunement.
~Specific training in procedures of Level I, II, AP, III and Mastership/Teaching attunements are taught and practiced.
~Reiki Integrated Clearing Technique is taught.
Reiki Level III Certification without Mastership requires one class day, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Investment $600. ~Students receive attunement to 100% of Reiki Ray.
~A new symbol is received.
~ Previous symbols are reviewed in depth.
~Reiki Integrated Clearing Technique is taught.

Karuna is a Sanskrit word which is translated as “compassionate action”. As a healing system Karuna was formulated by William Lee Rand in conjunction with the International Center for Reiki Training. It incorporates sacred symbols and the use of sound during sessions. The Practitioners, once initiated, become more receptive to streams of healing energy as well as guidance from enlightened beings.
There are three levels which are complete unto them selves. *These classes are only offered to people who have Usui Reiki II, AP or Master Certification.

~Four powerful symbols are learned along with their uses.
~Students take part in healing sessions.
~Students take part in Healing the Shadow Self meditation.

~Eleven powerful symbols and their uses are received.
~All aspects of teaching and giving attunements are covered and practiced.
