Sedona Mountain Vortex Retreat

Suggested itinerary:
Day of arrival: The group will meet to review the following day’s schedule and cover any questions or concerns.

Day 1: We will start by walking a Labyrinth in preparation for our retreat, opening up our receptive energies.
Then we will be visiting Bell Rock and working with our Solar Plexus area issues.  Here we will utilize the up flow of the vortex to release fears and blocks to truly Being Present in our Life/World.  The different energy centers of the mountain will also be visited.
Lunch
We will visit Schnebly Hill to connect with the Kachina of Strength and observe the choices we have on this earth at this time. From here we will go to Oak Creek Canyon where we will connect with the depths of Mother Earth and connection with the mother within to establish a nurturing connection for the rest of our journey.

Day 2: Cathedral Rock will be our focus for the day.  We will first connect with one side where we release blocks from our throat area, connecting with conflicts in our lives and resolving them in compassionate love.
Lunch
We will return to Cathedral this time meeting at the other side where the water of crystal energy runs.  Here we will utilize the water, drawing in the nurturing aspects of the Vortex and connecting with our true voice, not the one of defense.  The flow of the water brings the energy of the heart from Cathedral to wash away debris from our lower heart chambers renewing our heart’s strength, connecting with our true expression.

Day 3: We will visit the Vortex at Boynton Canyon and the Kachina Rock there.  Our focus will be the second chakra, releasing blocks and restoring the balance within while making a personal connection with our creative powers.
Lunch
Then we will travel to Soldier’s Pass to visit the Seven Sacred Pools where we connect each with our chakras to bathe in the replenishing energies.  Along the way we will stop to meditate with the Ascended Masters.

Day 4: We will meet at the Airport Vortex.  Here we reconnect with the crown chakra. As we bring this energy fully into our spirit center stimulating our imagination and accessing guidance on question in our lives.
Lunch
Court House Butte imbibes the energy of action.  Here we will meditate connecting with this aspect in ourselves.  Completion ceremony will be performed here where we will connect with the four great mountains of Sedona: Bell, Cathedral, Court House and Thunder Mountain.
