Energy Awareness Mountain Explorations There are many areas in the mountains of Sedona that have sacred energy spots to explore. During these explorations one is guided to areas where we will meditate and do sacred ceremony. These explorations are adjusted according to the needs of the group and the area. They usually last from three to four hours.
