 Medicine Wheel Journey
There are many aspects to our lives. As we move around the medicine wheel stopping at each of the four directions we state our prayer for that aspect. We are encouraged to speak of the lessons we learned from the experience. This provides for us a releasing of any blocks associated with that lesson. I see the medicine wheel journey as a clearing as well as a renewal of our spirit.
